    Anggira Elza is associate at CIPatent. She graduated from Faculty of Law of Jabaya University, Jakarta majoring in business law. During his study, Anggira is active in various student organizations both within and outside the campus. Anggira joined the firm as an junior associate. Anggira is a hard worker and diligent kind of person with full dedication, have strong motivation to learn and also an optimistic person, who always trying to use every opportunity that exist and enjoying learning new experience to upgrade his skill.

  • Iswin S.N.
    Iswin is a mechanical-electrical engineer, who graduated from the University of North Sumatera, Medan. He is a senior associate at CIPatent. He specializes in prosecuting patent apllications before the Indonesian Patent Office, particularly in the areas of mechanical and electrical engineering, optical sensors, stencil printers, and printer divers. He has been attending to patent matters, such as patent searching, specification drafting, drafting opinion letters, technical consulting on patentability and infringement issues. 
     
    Mr. Iswin has also vast experience in the management of computer networks and systems as well as in the control, docketing and maintenance of all types of industrial property matters and in the analyses of patents in the electronics field. In the firm, he is in charge of the creation, supervision, maintenance and updating of the internal network, computerized systems and databases; preparation of special software for particular applications; and analysis of patents in the electronics and business fields. He has published several articles and he has given many lectures related to electro-mechanical, both in Indonesia and abroad.


  • Ratih H.
    Ratih is a senior associate at CIPatent. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta. She has represented clients in virtually every aspect of intellectual property law. She specializes in general patent, industrial design, trade mark prosecution, advisory work, and also close involvement in patent litigation, invalidation and cancellation matters before the commercial courts in Indonesia. In recent years, Ms. Ratih has represented major clients from pharmaceutical and chemical industry and has succesfully participated in many important cases, including opposition proceedings, patent and trade mark litigation cases, nullify proceedings and cross-border injunction cases, and has achieved numerous favourable decisions for her clients. 
     
    She is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution system, mediation, arbitration, and mini-trials in both domestic and international jurisdictions in cases involving licensing, franchising, and intellectual property. In addition to serving as an arbitrator and mediator, she has been a leader in developing the growing field of alternative dispute resolution. She is a frequent teacher, speaker, and writer on the effective use of alternative dispute resolution system, and she has also lectured frequently on litigation and other intellectual property law matters for many professional associations.


  • S. Aisyah L.
    Asyah is a senior associate at CIPatent. She is an agriculture engineer who graduated from Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor. After acquiring a vast experience in different fields of the industry and engineering projects, she has been working with CIPatent. She has a strong background in patent drafting and prosecution in Indonesia and abroad in the chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. She handles all filing/prosecution aspects involved in plant variety protection applications, patent and utility model applications, including official letters on the merits of inventions and analysis of patentability. 
     
    Ms. Aisyah is counselling and representing international corporate clients from the chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and agriculture sectors in procedures before the Indonesian Patent Office and the Department of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on her experience, she is able to act in practically any technical field and to give technical advice in litigation cases. She has also written several articles related to Industrial Property and regularly lectures on intellectual property as well as teaches at courses for patent attorneys.


  • K. Damayanthi
    Damayanthi is an associate at CIPatent. She has a degree in law from the University of Borobudur, Jakarta. She specializes in film and television production and financing deals involving film production, distribution, and banking arrangements, talent agreements including film rights agreements, writers agreements, actors, directors, designers and composers agreements, errors and omissions insurance and music copyright clearance as well as theatre and public performance contracts, music contracts and intellectual property. 
     
    In recent years, her practice has also grown to encompass digital media and online exploitation. Her work in this sector has encompassed major satellite procurement projects, commercial agreements of all kind in the media and communications sectors, and all aspects of film and television production and distribution with a leading practice in the financial structuring of feature film projects using tax-based investments, subsidies, and co-production structures. He speaks frequently on topics related to media and entertainment law and has published numerous articles in leading Indonesian publications.

    M. Salam is an associate at CIPatent. He has a degree in chemical engineering from the Islamic University of North Sumatera, Medan. He is a proactive counsellor in the field of industrial property which affects the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries, such as data exclusivity and trade secret issues. He has significant chemical knowledge and technical consulting experience as well as authoring numerous publications and lecturing extensively on a wide variety of chemical engineering topics. 
     
    Mr. Salam has handled intellectual property cases for clients from a broad range of industries involving many different technologies. He has handled matters regarding technologies as diverse as herbicides, catalytic cracking, hydraulic equipment, oil field drilling and service tools, radio activity and resistance logging, offshore drilling vessels and platforms, and transistors and integrated circuits for amplifiers, heart pacemakers, and pharmaceuticals.
