Pardomuan Oloan Lubis

Partner — Technology Evaluation & Advisory

Mr. Lubis holds degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Borobudur, Jakarta (1997) and Law from the University of Sahid, Jakarta. With extensive experience in intellectual property, he served as a patent attorney for eight years at Pacific Patent, Indonesia's leading IP law firm, prior to co-founding CIPatent. As a registered Intellectual Property Consultant, Mr. Lubis is officially admitted to practice before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of Indonesia and before Indonesian courts. He is a recognized educator on patent law issues and a co-author of publications on intellectual property matters.

D.S. Dwipo

Partner — Advocate, Solicitor & IP Attorney

Mr. Dwipo graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia (1997) and completed his Postgraduate studies there in 2006. He brings extensive experience across intellectual property rights, litigation, and corporate and commercial law. Prior to founding CIPatent, he served as an Associate Lawyer at Makarim & Taira S. and as a Senior Lawyer at Pacific Patent. As a registered IP attorney, Mr. Dwipo is officially admitted to practice before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of Indonesia.
